QFC-50 – QFC-100

QF-Compact 50-100 W was the first compact project of the P-Laser family. A system with small dimensions and easy to use.

• While the smartphone in your pocket keeps getting bigger, the laser cleaning industry needed systems to become ever smaller. P-Laser accepted the challenge and built the smallest laser cleaning system the world has ever seen.

QFC-200 – QFC-300

QF-Compact 200-300 W was developed by P-Laser's R&D department within the Compact range, with a more powerful laser source than the 50-100W models, allowing faster cleaning.

• The design of the first Compact systems (QFC-50 and QFC-100) created a whole new world of applications. Laser cleaning is no longer limited to heavy trolleys or cabinets.
• To expand the possibilities of the QF-Compact, P-Laser's R&D department sought a way to design a stronger machine in the smallest possible size. And thus the QFC-200 and QFC-300 systems were born!
• These systems are portable, and the handle together with the extendable wheels allow hassle-free transport.

LPC-100

Laserpack LPC-100, a design that allows operators to work with everything they need for laser cleaning strapped to their backs!

• The LPC-100 is so portable that you will take it anywhere. It has the same power and results as the QFC-50/100 and is easy to manoeuvre in hard-to-reach places.
• Weighing 19 kg and measuring 5000x294x600mm, it will be a solid competitor in the coming years.

CONFIGURATION

• P-Laser's Compact systems come equipped with a state-of-the-art interactive touch encoder, making job selection extremely easy. As with all P-Laser systems, it allows storing 8 customised jobs and selecting them conveniently with the rotary wheel on the encoder.
• To edit any of these jobs with the Cleansweep© software, wireless connectivity and a tablet will be at your disposal. No more cables, making your life easier!
• Other important features of the QF-Compact series include a quick start-up cycle of about 10 seconds and very low maintenance requirements. You will only need to replace the dust filter occasionally.

MTR-02/03

MTR-02: 20-100 W Robust trolley for mobile cleaning applications. The 20-100W source ensures deep, precise and effective cleaning,

• The 19″ control unit of the 20W to 100W devices can be best described as the heart of the laser systems. It ensures the smoothest possible user experience.
• Different cleaning programs can be created in the dedicated Cleansweep© software, ensuring optimal process settings, smooth surface finish and prevention of surface damage. After uploading the various programs to the system, these programs can be selected immediately from the display menu, so no PC is required to operate the machine.

QF-200 – QF-300

Trolley QF-200 – QF-300 Robust and portable trolley with all components integrated. 200-300W source for fast and efficient cleaning. Designed for easy mobility in factory environments.

• The design of a 200 W or 300 W laser system is more advanced than designs operating at 20 W–100 W, with not only the standard setup of a control unit and a laser source, but also a cooling unit. This cooling unit ensures that the source remains cool during operation.
• The unique industrial-level control system guarantees smooth operation of the cooler and laser source and provides the operator with all the information needed!
• Various laser programs can also be created in Cleansweep©, which can later be stored in the control unit.
• The 200-300 W P-Laser Trolleys come with a movable optics system that is used in constantly changing work areas. The laser can be operated manually, allowing even the most difficult spots to be reached.

QF-500 – QF-2000

Trolley QF-500 – QF-2000 Robust and portable trolley with all components integrated. With its 500-2000W source, this machine offers the highest cleaning speed. Designed for easy navigation in production spaces.

• The 500 – 2000 W systems from P-Laser are truly state-of-the-art machines combining high pulse power with large surface coverage. The laser is controlled by a 19″ control unit. To cool the optical components during operation, water cooling is integrated.
• The series can be supplied in various configurations: a 500W, 1000W or 2000W laser source. All operate with the same pulse power, but the 1000W provides twice the energy of the 500W to accelerate the process, and the 2000W again doubles the energy of a 1000W system.
• An air treatment unit is integrated to cool the optics and prevent dust on the lens

QF-3000

QF-20-100 W

• The 19″ control unit of the low power devices (20W to 100W) can best be described as the heart of our machines. It ensures that the user experience is as smooth as possible.
• The laser emission with industrial level control guarantees maximum safety. This control ensures that the operator is always working in a safe environment and is informed about possible errors or faults.
• Different laser cleaning programmes can be created with the dedicated Cleansweep© software, ensuring optimal process settings, smooth surface finish and prevention of surface damage. QF-200-300 W

• The medium power system (200W or 300W) is more advanced than the low power unit.
• There is not only the standard configuration of a control unit and a laser source, but also a cooling unit. This cooling unit ensures that the source remains cool during operation.
• The unique P-Laser industrial level control system ensures smooth operation of the cooler and the laser source and provides the operator with all the information they need!
• Various laser programmes can also be created in Cleansweep©, which can later be stored in the control unit.

QF-500-2000 W

• The high power P-Laser systems are truly state-of-the-art machines that combine high pulse power with large surface coverage. The laser is controlled by a 19″ control unit. To cool the optical components during operation, water cooling is integrated.
• The High Power series can be supplied in various configurations: a 500W, 1000W or 2000W laser source. All operate with the same pulse power, but the 1000W provides twice the amount of energy of the 500W to speed up the process, and the 2000W again doubles the energy of a 1000W system.

QF-Arol

The QF-Arol is a magnetic robot, which allows cleaning of metal structures vertically. Laser cleaning can now be used in even more applications.

Class 1 Optic

In some cases, there must be no visible laser light during cleaning, so P-Laser's R&D department developed this optical system, making it safe to operate without laser glasses!
